How to Use & Care Instructions
To Heat: Microwave the mask for 15–20 seconds. Always test the temperature with your fingers before placing it over closed eyes. Apply for 5 to 10 minutes, or as directed by an optometrist.
To Cool: Place the mask inside a sealable plastic bag and freeze for 30 to 60 minutes before application.
Cleaning: Remove the fabric slipcover. Hand washes the inner bead mask in cold water with mild detergent, then let it air dry completely for 24 hours. The outer slipcover can be machine-washed in warm water and tumble-dried on low.
Safety Precautions: Do not exceed 20 minutes of continuous use per session. Do not use on infants, open wounds, or desensitized skin.
