I-LID 'N LASH® HOCL Cleansing Spray by I-MED Pharma is a water-based ocular hygiene spray formulated with 0.02% pure hypochlorous acid (HOCl). It is designed to cleanse the eyelids and eyelashes, manage bacterial buildup, and support patients dealing with dry eyes, blepharitis, Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD), and Demodex mites.

How to Use the Spray
For the best results, I-MED Pharma recommends integrating the spray into your daily eyelid hygiene routine using the following steps:
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. 
(Optional but recommended) Use an I-LID 'N LASH wipe or pump cleanser first to remove any heavy ocular debris or makeup. 
Apply the spray using one of two methods:
Direct Mist: Close your eye completely and spray once directly onto the closed eyelid, then let it air dry.
Cotton Pad: Spray the solution onto a clean cotton pad until it is moistened, then gently wipe your eyelids and lash line. 
Repeat on the second eye. If you are using a cotton pad, always switch to a fresh, clean pad for the other eye to prevent cross-contamination.
